Evidence of our hard work!

Well this is what the Fullers' have been working on for the past year. This is the first custom home we have built here in Texas. Jeff's Father used to build custom homes in Arizona so he has been teaching us all about the business. We are very grateful for the work and time he has given us. Everybody in Jeff's immediate family has contributed some type of work to this home, so it will be bitter sweet when we finally sell it. This house is 6400 sq. ft. It has 5 bedrooms, a den, living, family, and dining room, a loft, gameroom, and media room. It also has a four car garage. We still have to do some finishing touches on this house. We have started the second house so I will post pictures of it later. In Texas track homes are usually made of brick so people love stucco homes. Tile roofs are not common here. Most people have asphalt shingle roofs. Tile roofs are very expensive out here. It is so different from AZ.

These are the front doors. I love the rod iron!

We are going to let the buyers pick the flooring, so that is why you see concrete on the floor. We only put tile in the bathrooms.

(Dining Room)

This is the view you have as soon as you walk in the front doors.
It will look even better once the flooring is installed.

This shower has three showerheads!

This is the view from the upstairs gameroom. It is so green here in Texas.
